Frequently Asked Questions
Unscreen Pro is billed by the second for a maximum of flexibility:
- For Pay as you go purchases the price is based on the number of seconds in your video.
- Subscriptions include a monthly amount of video minutes, however each video is deducted on a per-second basis.
Depending on how many minutes of video you want to process per month, you can choose between five plans. If you require more minutes, you can upgrade your plan on this page and get instant access to the additional amount of video minutes.
Video minutes are only valid during the respective subscription month, so they can not be collected or carried over.
Yes, you can cancel, downgrade or upgrade your subscription anytime.
At the moment, Unscreen Pro works best for videos of people, animals, or objects that are the primary subject (i.e., in focus, staying in the scene, separated from background). However, some videos are more challenging than others. When uploading a video for free, we recommend taking a closer look at the preview frames to get a sense of the quality level you can expect before going ahead and processing the video.
If you want to support our development and help us improve the results for videos like yours, we appreciate your feedback on the result page and your (optional) contribution to the improvement program, which helps us improve Unscreen's performance for similar videos to yours in the future.
Keep in mind that all subscriptions are covered by our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the results of Unscreen Pro within 14 days after your purchase, we will refund your payment (see Refund Policy).
You can use the Unscreen API when looking to automate the process of background removal for your videos. Check out our API documentation first so you can learn how to easily integrate it into your website, app, or workflow.
Please note that you can use the API only if you have an active Unscreen subscription. The API is not available with the Unscreen free version or with the Pay-as-you-go option.
If you upload a video with a length that exceeds your current plan, you will not be able to process it. Instead, you will automatically be given the option to upgrade to another subscription plan or Pay-as-you-go option that fits your video processing needs.
For on-going video editing needs, we recommend getting a subscription plan as it allows you to benefit from the lowest per minute prices. However, if you're finding it hard to predict future video editing needs, we recommend going with Pay-as-as-you-go for a maximum of flexibility.
We accept all major Credit Cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
